This study aims to describe and see how the management of the learning environment in family planning can affect children's social-emotional character formation. Management or management cannot be separated from planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. In the management of the learning environment that can be considered is the design of the learning environment that is in the institution, namely the arrangement of indoor and outdoor display places or classes, the way of learning, the teachers, their friends can influence the learning environment in KB. Whereas in the concept of managing the learning environment is very important for teachers. management of the learning environment itself is a means and activity where a learner or student can express himself, whether to be active, creative, express his opinion, and explore in carrying out various activities that can enhance the development and growth of children at the golden age (golden age).
