Abstract

The problem studied is the parents' understanding of patterns healthy life for early childhood through the habit of having a nutritious breakfast.  This study aims to find out how the results of program for implementing a healthy lifestyle for early childhood through nutritious breakfast habits This type of research is field research, with qualitative approach using descriptive method.  While technique collecting data the author uses the method of observation, interviews and documentation of data validity techniques in this study the authors used trigulation with sources.  The data technique in this study uses a model Miles Hubermen. From the results of research and data analysis it can be concluded Program the application of a healthy lifestyle focuses on the habit of having a nutritious breakfast includes program activities for implementing a healthy lifestyle through habituation a nutritious breakfast is a program that is carried out every 2x ina week, namely on Mondays and Fridays which are carried out outside the classroom and carried out in a planned and systematic manner.  The students are also very like the existence of a program of implementing a healthy lifestyle through the habit of having a nutritious breakfast so that it can support growth and optimal child development
