The use of the Declaration of Absolute Responsibility for Unrecorded Marriages in Family Cards (Permendagri No.109 of 2019) for couples who are married religiously but have not been registered by the state on the one hand has a positive impact because it provides legal protection for citizens. But on the other hand, the use of SPTJM actually creates problems as a consequence of the policy. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the Statement of Absolute Responsibility for unregistered marriages could not be implemented at the Bukittinggi City Dukcapil Office because the policy of Permendagri 109 of 2019 was very contrary to the Marriage Law No.1 of 1974 and other regulations and the application of the use of the Statement of Absolute Responsibility (SPTJM) affected the emergence of negative implications for residents of Bukittinggi City.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the quality of public services, public infrastructure and employee performance on community satisfaction in the E-KTP service at the Ampek Angkek Sub-District Office, Agam Regency. This type of research is associative descriptive analysis. The population in this study is all people who manage E-KTP who have not recorded their E-KTP. The sample used was 100 people who took care of the E-KTP and used a proportional random sampling technique. Primary data is the type of data used in this study. Data processing using SPSS 24. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The collected data was examined using descriptive analysis. Multiple regression analysis in research. Based on the research findings, it is known that the quality of public services (X1) is 0.017 <0.05. The significance of facilities and infrastructure (X2) is 0.024 <0.05 and employee performance (X3) is 0.000 <0.05 (Ho is rejected Ha is accepted). This illustrates that employee performance has a significant influence on community satisfaction managing e-KTP services at the Ampek Angkek Sub-District Office.

The development of information technology in Indonesia has experienced a rapid increase in this modern era. One of these technological developments is the internet which is the result of information technology that covers the whole world, where the internet is used to improve people's welfare from both the economic, health and educational aspects. the only online transportation business. The appearance of online transportation has shaken users or other transportation workers, especially pedicab drivers. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of the emergence of this online transportation on pedicab drivers, especially on their income and employment opportunities. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study by observing and interviewing. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted, the existence of this online transportation can make the income of pedicab drivers decrease, while in job opportunities many pedicab drivers have switched professions to online transportation, but pedicab drivers who remain in their profession make this a motivation to work. In addition, the community responds that the existence of online transportation has a good influence because it makes their activities easier, but there are also those who do not feel affected because of a lack of knowledge of technology.

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation on the performance of SMK IT ANNAB Bogor Vocational High School Employees. This type of research is quantitative. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, workload on employee turnover intention. This research method is quantitative, and the population used is employees of PT Panasonic Manufacturing Indonesia with a sample size of 50 respondents to Business Unit X employees. Researchers used data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires, literature study. The instrument test results in this study used multiple regression analysis, t test, and then f test and the results obtained from this study are that on the Job Stress variable (X1), positive and significant results are obtained for the employee turnover intention variable (Y), which can be interpreted as having high work stress for employees, so will high turnover intention. the workload variable (X2) has a positive and significant relationship to employee turnover intention, which means that there is a high workload, the higher the turnover intention.

It is hoped that this research can determine how much influence Salary and Work Inspiration have on the Implementation of City Representatives in the Ciampea Region. This kind of exploratory strategy is a quantitative technique. The instruments used in this study are important information obtained from the survey and optional information from the Ciampea area profile connection. The population in this study are sub-area workers and cities in the Ciampea region. Tests in this study using a quantitative strategy with an example of 50 respondents. The consequences of testing the test equipment using different direct relapse investigations, half-way speculation testing (T) and concurrent theory testing (F), which shows that there is a very large impact between remuneration and work inspiration on the performance of representatives with the consequences of various relapse checks of Y = 1.923 + 0.130 X1 + 0.0393 X2. The results of the work preparation t test were obtained at t count 3.234 > t table 2.0117, so at that time ho1 was disbanded and ha1 was recognized, where there was an influence between Remuneration on Representative Implementation. Study This method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection technique through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study is Mr. Uqi Simasu as the owner of Coffee Shop Pasco. And visitors Coffee Shop Pasco. The data analysis technique in this study is data reduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions. The research results show the phenomenon of coffee culture as a lifestyle created through the Coffee Shop. Pasco is like hanging out with friends, chatting, discussing regarding work, doing college assignments and office assignments. As well as results research shows that there is an interest in the millennial generation for cafes. Pasco, so that the millennial generation really likes to visit the Coffee Shop Pasco. The phenomenon that occurs shows that the existence of Coffee Shop Pasco is one of the cultures as a lifestyle for the millennial generation at this time.Where Coffee Shop Pasco has become a place to facilitate generations millennials in carrying out one's activities, interests and opinions so that creating a coffee culture as a lifestyle for the millennial generation at this time.

In investing in shares is not just about including capital into a company, but it is necessary to conduct an analysis to find out the performance of the company, especially in fundamental and technical analysis. The fundamental factors used are variables Earnings Per Share while the technical factors used vary Trading volume, market capitalization, and book value to the market.This study was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of variables Earning Per Share, Trading Volume, Market Capitalization and Book to Market Value on the Stock Price of the Banking Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. This study used a quantitative approach with purposive sampling method. The data used are secondary data and the analysis methods used are panel data regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that partially the variables Earning Per Share, and Market Capitalization have a significant positive effect on stock prices while the variables Trading Volume and Book to Market Value do not have a significant effect on stock prices. And simultaneously the variables Earnings Per Share, Trading Volume, Market Capitalization and Book to Market Value have a significant effect on stock prices.

In West Sumatra Province, judicial power within the religious judiciary is carried out by the Padang High Court of Religion and 18 work units of the Religious Courts throughout West Sumatra. Court service is an activity in the context of fulfilling service needs for the community, specifically justice seekers based on the laws and regulations and the principles of public service. As an institution with the principles of public service, the judiciary must continuously improve organizational performance. Improved organizational performance will be achieved by increasing the performance of the apparatus on duty in each work unit within the judiciary. Factors that affect the performance of the judicial apparatus can be internal and external factors. This study aims to reveal the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of the judicial apparatus with work motivation as an intervening variable in the Religious Courts of West Sumatra. The subject of the study was the apparatus of the Religious Courts of West Sumatra as many as 106 people were determined using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale model of 5 alternative answers. Data analysis was performed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis which was operated based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with three independent variables and one dependent variable. This study found that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the judicial apparatus, while job satisfaction had no effect on the performance of the judicial apparatus in the Religious Courts of West Sumatra, however, organizational culture and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of the judicial apparatus in the Religious Courts of West Sumatra. Meanwhile, work motivation does not mediate the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction with the performance of the judicial apparatus in the Religious Courts throughout West Sumatra.

Garbage is the residue of human daily activities and/or natural processes in solid form. Waste can come from various activities such as household waste, agricultural waste, building waste, trade and office waste, and industrial waste. The amount of waste stockpiles in Payakumbuh City until June 2023 is 100,386 tons per day. With details (1) Waste transported to the Final Processing Site (TPA) every day is 83,862 tons without segregation, (2) Waste processed at TPS3R is 0.252 tons with 6 units of equipmen, (3) Management at the unit waste bank 0.041 tons, (4) management at the main waste bank 7 tons, (5) Informal sector/ lapak as much as 7.4 tons, (6) Magot as much as 0.31 tons, (7) A total of 1.52 tons of waste has not been managed properly. Of the total amount of waste disposed of at the Temporary Final Processing Site (TPAS), 60 percent is organic waste. This study uses a qualitative technique with a grounded theory approach. The author conducted direct interviews with internal parties (Bappeda Payakumbuh City) and external parties (Tool Manufacturers, Equipment Users and the Environment Agency) to determine the impact of using a mobile organic waste counter machine in reducing the amount of organic waste in Payakumbuh City. Based on the research results, it was found that the coding scheme consisted of 41 codes that formed 9 categories and gave rise to 4 themes with a total score of 41. The highest score in coding was 23 on the theme of technology use. So it can be concluded that the use of technology greatly affects the reduction of organic waste in Payakumbuh City.

“Puber Anak Melania” is a Program of the Payakumbuh City Government, in this case the Population and Civil Registration Office as a new innovation in providing convenience in obtaining family cards, birth certificates and baby identity cards for the people of Payakumbuh City. It is an acronym for "Pulang Bersalin Anak mendapat Akta Lahir dan Identitas Anak". This innovation program is a collaborative program with the Payakumbuh City Population and Civil Registration Office with RSKIA, Community Health Centers and independent practicing midwives throughout Payakumbuh City for mothers who give birth in health facilities in Payakumbuh City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Puber Anak Melania service innovation program in accelerating birth certificate ownership in Payakumbuh City, the inhibiting factors and to find out the efforts made by the Payakumbuh Population and Civil Registration Office using a grounded theory approach. Based on the research results, the authors concluded that the implementation of Puber Anak Melania Service innovation was quite effective. Even though there were obstacles such as the parents had not prepared the documents and requirements for issuing a birth certificate, the parents' data and documents had not been valid, and the baby's name had not been prepared by the parents so that the issuance of the birth certificate could not be processed.

The movement of people from one place to another is getting faster and wider, this is indicated by the large number of residents who are not native to a certain area but live and settle in that area for a long time. These residents are called non-permanent residents. With the increased mobility of non-permanent residents, it is necessary to describe the condition and development of non-permanent residents as well as the availability of data on non-permanent residents in provinces, districts/cities. The Payakumbuh City Population and Civil Registration Office as the implementing agency is responsible for carrying out non-permanent population data collection. This is in accordance with Permendagri Number 14 of 2015, that Implementing Agencies are district/city government apparatus that are responsible and have the authority to carry out services in Population Administration matters. However, the implementation of Non-Permanent Population Data Collection is not easy, and has not been fully running well. This study aims to identify what are the obstacles in collecting data on non-permanent residents. The analysis carried out includes the coding stage, the concept formation stage, the categorization stage, and the theory formation stage. The findings show that external influences greatly affect the low data collection of non-permanent residents in the city of Payakumbuh

The policy of bureaucracy simplification through the transfer of structural positions (level IV) to specific functional positions designated by the Central Government, which is applied comprehensively to both the Central and Regional Governments, has significant impacts on Civil Servants (PNS) who undergo such position transfers. The Regional Development Agency (Bappeda) of Kota Payakumbuh is one of the Local Government Institutions that has implemented the transfer of positions from structural to functional. This study uses SWOT analysis with the grounded theory method to understand the impacts of this transfer on the career, position, income, quality, and competence of individuals, as well as the work motivation of Civil Servants in Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh after the implementation of this policy. The research findings show that the positive impact of transferring positions from structural to functional includes the opportunity for faster career advancement, which is supported by several factors such as professional recognition, a strong organizational structure, clear job evaluations, and a well-defined job map

The following developments in new technology, especially e-commerce, have reached all areas of the general public and businesses in Indonesia where these developments affect existing market conditions resulting in customers having high impulse buying. Impulse buying is the decision to buy an item that is carried out quickly or spontaneously. The following study aims to know and analyze the Effect of Access Speed and Brand Ambassador on Impulse Buying of the Shopee Application to North Sumatra State Islamic University Students. The following research is quantitative research through the population, namely all students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The sample in the following study amounted to 100 respondents through sample assessment techniques using the formula presented by Umar. The techniques used in the following study are descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of research show that Speed of Access and Brand Ambassadors simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Impulse Buying of the Shopee application to students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. While partially, Access Speed has a positive and significant effect on the Impulse Buying of the Shopee application to students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, the Brand Ambassador has a positive and significant effect on the Impulse Buying of the Shopee application to students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra.

Swot Analysis To Get Bappeda Strategies In Implementing Planning Services Quality Regional Development In Payakumbuh City

This study aims to determine the appropriate strategy used by Bappeda in implementing regional development planning services. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a grounded theory approach as a research model. Data collection was carried out by researchers by conducting semi-structured interviews, field observations, document analysis and literature studies. By conducting a SWOT analysis and a grounded theory approach, an explanation was found regarding the strategies needed to provide the best service for the implementation of regional development planning. Based on the results of the study, 14 coding forms 11 categories and simplified into 3 themes with a total score of 25. The highest score for coding is the service theme. It takes the right strategy in implementing regional development planning services in order to produce quality plans. From this grounded theory approach a new understanding can be found that "To produce quality planning documents, Bappeda needs to provide services in terms of planning to Regional Apparatuses related to equalization of perceptions in carrying out each planning process", because this creates opportunities and strengths from the Bappeda organization that is utilized to carry out regional development planning services in order to produce higher quality plans

The Results of the Research explained that Employees had difficulty finding Archives again, because they found Old Archives that were no longer needed but had not destroyed Archives.

The purpose of this study was to influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at Faperta IPB. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were employees at Faperta IPB. The analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using the SmartPls 4 data processing application, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The number of samples in this study took 60 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire using the Google form. This study shows that the variable of leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance at Faperta IPB, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at Faperta IPB, leadership style has an effect on work discipline at Faperta IPB and leadership has an effect on employee performance through work discipline variables at Faperta IPB. It is hoped that from the results of this research the leadership of Faperta IPB will continue to develop their leadership style and that Faperta IPB employees will continue to improve their work discipline to get maximum performance.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh trend fashion dan perilaku konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian busana muslimah di toko dazzle outfit Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan lapangan (field research) dengan turun langsung ke lapangan untuk menggali permasalahan yang akan diteliti. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Data Kuantitatif adalah data yang diperoleh dalam bentuk angka yang dapat dihitung. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan Pembelian merupakan suatu perilaku yang mengacu pada perilaku pembelian akhir dari konsumen atau sebuah kerangka tindakan yang menjelaskan proses pemilihan alternatif berupa upaya memilih produk atau jasa yang akan dibeli yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal. Trend merupakan suatu gerakan yang cenderung naik turun dalam jangka waktu tertentu sedangkan Fashion merupakan konsep yang berkaitan dengan gaya yang disukai, kepribadian seseorang dan jalan waktu. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Trend Fashion merupakan suatu mode pakaian ataupun perhiasan yang populer dalam jangka waktu tertentu dan Perilaku Konsumen merupakan perilaku yang ditunjukkan konsumen dalam pencarian akan pembelian, pengevaluasian, dan penggantian produk barang dan jasa yang diharapkan dapat memuaskan kebutuhan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Trend Fashion dan Perilaku Konsumen terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Busana Muslimah di Toko Dazzle Outfit Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para konsumen Toko Dazzle Outfit Palembang dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini hanya 36 responden berdasarkan metode skala likert atau kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data primer serta skunder dengan sumber data berasal dari eksternal dan internal. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian melalui pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel Trend Fashion berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dan Perilaku Konsumen juga berpengaruh positif signifikan dalam Keputusan Pembelian. In development, community participation is one of the elements of the village development process so that community participation in development needs to be raised in advance by several parties including the village government so that with the involvement of the village government it is likely that the community will feel given the opportunity or opportunity to participate in development. The research objective is to find out the village government's strategy in increasing community participation in village development (Case Study in Bahal, North Padang Lawas Regency). This research uses the research method that the author does in this paper, namely by using qualitative methods. Research result. The level of community participation in Tarowang Village can be seen in the planning, implementation and monitoring stages which are classified as good in terms of community participation in the planning stage, the implementation stage of development and utilization and maintenance. Community participation increases because the awareness to build a village has been instilled from within them to contribute directly.

Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office I Medan. The population in this study were all permanent employees at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office I Medan as many as 49 people. Considering the small population above, the researcher used the entire population as a sample, where this research is called census research. Thus, the sample in this study was 49 permanent employees at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office I Medan. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are the classical assumption test, path analysis, t test, and F test and determinant coefficients. Based on the results of research tests conducted, it shows that the financing variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The dependency variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The motivation variable has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is unable to mediate between motivation and employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate between compensation and employee performance.

Corruption has penetrated almost all sectors of national life. Communities are the victims who suffer the most. In the national education system, it is important as a basis for analyzing the application of educational theory related to educational goals, especially in relation to Pancasila values which teach anti-corruption. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying how advertising content influences consumer trust. The influence of advertising content on purchasing decisions. The influence of reviews on purchasing decisions. The influence of consumer trust on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were all Otobox Indonesia consumers in Semarang, Central Java. The sample in this study was a portion of Otobox Indonesia Semarang consumers taken using a purposive sampling method with a total of 96 consumers. The data analysis technique applied in this research uses quantitative data analysis with the help of the AMOS version 22 application program. The results of the research analysis show that advertising content is proven to have a positive and significant influence on consumer trust values. Reviews are proven to have a positive and significant influence on consumer trust scores. Advertising content is proven to have a positive and significant influence on the value of purchasing decisions. Reviews are proven to have a positive and significant influence on the value of purchasing decisions. Consumer trust has been proven to have a positive and significant influence on the value of purchasing decisions for Otobox Indonesia products. Advertising content that is able to optimally assist producers in introducing products to consumers in a sustainable manner will encourage consumers' sense of trust in the value of responsibility on the part of producers regarding the products they offer. The presence of dominant positive reviews on the products being sold will encourage consumers to have more confidence in the seller's responsible attitude regarding the products they offer.

This research aims; to evaluate the role of MSMEs in driving the growth of E-wallets or Digital Wallets in Southeastern Padangsidimpuan District; to analyzethe effects of using E-wallets as a non-cash payment method by MSMEs in Southeastern Padangsidimpuan District. The research respondents consist of 20 MSMEs that use E-walet for data processing. Data is analyzed using statistical formulas, and the research results indicate that MSMEs play a role in increasing the use of E-walet. The use of E-walet seen an increase, and the research also shows that using Digital Wallets as a non-cash payment method helps MSMEs avoid the need for change.

This research aims to determine the influence of key opinion leader (KOL), trustworthiness, risk perception on interest in buying MS Glow products online. The subject in this research is interest in buying MS Glow products online, and the objects are key opinion leader (KOL), trustworthiness, risk perception. The location of this research is Jombang Regency. The determination of this location was considered based on the widespread sales of MS Glow in Jombang Regency, for this reason the author is interested in further researching how current forms of marketing are able to influence their views or attitudes towards a brand on the market. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling and data collection used purposive sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire where a sample of 100 respondents was taken. The type of research in this research is descriptive quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, partial test (T test), and simultaneous test (F test). The results of this study show that the key opinion leader variable (X1), the trustworthiness variable (X2) and the risk perception variable (X3) partially (T Test) have a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest, while simultaneously (F Test) the variables key opinion leader (X1), trustworthiness variable (X2) and risk perception variable (X3) have a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest (Y). With the Adjusted R-Square, the result is 60.2% and the remaining 39.8% is influenced by other variables.
